The House is situated in the pretty hamlet of Kerbost, in the village of Gommenec'h near the town of Lanvollon.

It has a modern fitted kitchen within a large dining/living area with an open fireplace. There is an attractive lounge

and a small room off the hall, which contains an automatic washing machine. Upstairs there are four Bedrooms,

Two with double beds and two with twin beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

There is also a separate shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.

The surrounding countryside is ideal for walking and there are numerous picturesque towns and villages to visit.

The coast is fifteen minutes by car and there are plenty of sandy beaches suitable for children.

The house is suitable for families and has ample parking for 2-3 cars. Other facilities include a large outside Barbeque area,

with tables and garden seating, Satellite television which also picks up Channel Islands tv stations, stereo CD/tape unit,

Large Fridge/Freezer and washing facilities.

The garden has a large lawn area and a woodland of approx 2 acres.
